Use of the platform on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited, and the relevant parent or guardian shall bear full responsibility in such cases.

2. Account Registration & Security — What Information Is Required?
To register with nag 5, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Creating an account with false or incorrect information is a direct violation of our terms and may result in immediate account termination. As part of identity verification (KYC), we may request a copy of your national ID or passport.
Each user may register only one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted; if detected, all associated accounts may be suspended or terminated and any remaining balance may be forfeited. Keeping your password and login credentials strictly confidential is your own responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately and change your password. nag 5 employs the highest technical measures to protect your account, but we are not liable for losses resulting from user negligence. We strongly encourage all users to enable two-factor authentication.

Accounts found using bots, automated scripts, or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage will be suspended immediately.
Using nag 5 services for money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. All funds in your account must be your own legitimate money — depositing or receiving third-party funds is not permitted.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Nag 5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of terms violations. Grounds for closure include providing false information, suspected fraud, operating multiple accounts, money laundering, or system abuse. Refund of any valid balance on a closed account is subject to the outcome of an investigation.
Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any active bets or ongoing games will be allowed to settle, provided they fall within platform rules.
